Though a 1995 game, Simtown is still popular among gamers of all ages. Published and developed both by Maxis, this old PC game won’t fail to engage you for hours. This one is a simulation game with an E for everybody ESRB Rating.

Play Simtown Game and enjoy constructing a town full of streets, houses, parks and offices. Though a children game, even adults like playing it just for its game play and colourful effects. The game features the structure that was seen in SimCity, but this time is bit simplified, as the players are required to construct a small town.
